Script market
Log in to Mars telerobot system management，Select robot management----Click “Script market”，we will found many sample of script flow here, click preview and choose the one which most suitable and click copy.
Script management
Inside robot management，click script management and we will found the template flow that we copied at script market at here, and this template is ready to do amendment, click the edit and we could change the title of the script. Then, when we select script design, we could adjust any part of the flow and upload our sound-recording with double click the flow. After that, click save to proceed to the next step.
Dial management
Inside robot management，Select dial management-Click the “add” button on top right corner---Fill in custom title，Select the scenario script（script that ready to use），Customize setting the working date and time of the robot, setting the quantity of robots need to use, and click the “save” button on top right corner. Then, click “number” at the operation column at right side, import or add the number need to be dial. After we done import or add those numbers, click “close” and click the “start” button at the operation column to start the auto dial function and “stop” button when we need to shut down the telephone robot.
Dial record
We could check the details and sound-recording of the work done by the telephone robot inside dial record.
Dial statistics
We could know the total call, connected call, unconnected call, connected rate, total call duration, average call duration and so on information in the dial statistics. System will also effectively collect, collate and analyze data. So as to screen out the intended customers that users need, and classify them according to different intention levels, which is convenient for users to check and use.
Accounting center
The main function of the accounting center is to manage the remaining resource duration and the quantity of available robot.
Remaining resource duration
We could manage our resources and purchase our resources at here. After click “view resource”, we can purchase resource by clicking the “Purchase Resource” at the top right corner. Select the plan/package we wish to purchase and proceed to payment. After that, we could start to use the resources. (Note: We should top-up our balance in the prepayment management before we proceed the purchase)
Quantity of available robot
According to the user's own needs, choose the number of robots to use. The use of robots is calculated according to monthly. Fill in the number and the number of months of use when purchasing, and calculate the amount to complete the payment before use (Note: We should top-up our balance in the prepayment management before we proceed the purchase)
Keyword learning
It can help robots better understand and process natural languages, improve their semantic understanding ability and dialogue quality.
