UniYa Diamonds are the in-app virtual credits used within the UniYa platform.
💠 Usage Notice
UniYa Diamonds are only valid within UniYa’s products and services.
They can be used for in-app features, gifts, and premium functions.
Diamonds cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or transferred for real-world currency.
Please ensure you enter your User ID correctly during purchase for accurate delivery.
Click the Sign Online to sign the contract. The contract becomes effective immediately upon signing, and payment must be transferred within 3 days of signing. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
After successful online payment, please save your order and email [email protected] with your name, merchant/company name (if applicable), phone number, and order ID so we can process your delivery.
Please note that once the payment is completed and processed, no refunds or reversals will be issued.
How to Purchase:
Sign the “Voice Chatroom Solution Contract” online.
Complete your secure payment via Stripe or bank transfer.
Send your payment receipt together with the Doc ID located at the bottom-right corner of the signed contract to [email protected].
Our team will deliver the source code and related documents online after receiving your email.

All payments are non-refundable.
Delivery procedures and legal jurisdiction are governed under Singapore Law.
